Description: The Lupus Rex piloted by Mikazuki Augus starts to rise after losing an arm from an orbital railgun bombardment, fluids leaking from the wrecked shoulder.

Originally, the idea was to create this particular image at this point in the clip:
https://youtu.be/CjEBdDG2hik?t=74 but the articulation of the kit and my lack of skill couldn’t pull it off convincingly.

The base is repurposed from an earlier experiment using PVA soaked paperbark and bark chunks that I covered with AK Diorama Dry Dirt. This was also sponged onto the model to tie it into the base.

Mig Engine Stains was used for the leakage onto the model and ground underneath. The rocks are bark that has been primed black, sprayed gray, dab washed in greens, browns, yellows, and panel lined and drybrushed in gray. Tamiya dry sand powder was applied to the model and rocks.

The wires from the shoulder socket are just hookup wire that has been painted and oiled.

The kit itself was my first ever gundam kit. It was stripped, rebuild, and repainted for this dio.
