Description: M10 tank destroyer, 632nd Tank Destroyer Battalion, Aitape, New Guinea, 1944

I scratchbuilt the wading trunk attachments using sheet styrene and wire mesh.

The 632nd landed to support ground operations for the infantry in Aitape in the Pacific theatre. I weathered the vehicle with 3 colours of sand pigments, a mix of liquid and dry.

I used AK lacquer paints for the paints and weathered with oils.
