Description: The inspiration for this diorama came randomly when I saw a desktop wallpaper of ‘skeletonized’ Vietnam-war US soldiers under a surrealist sky, based on a real photo. I remembered I had in my pile of shame a motorcycle kit from Italeri and it struck me: I can replicate that wallpaper.
One simple diorama base from Black Dog and a conversion for the figurines with 3D-printed skeletons from FC Model Trend later, this is the end result.
I’m especially satisfied of the decent conversion to skeletons and the camo patterns on the tarp in the back of the bike and the camo smock for the pedestrian infantryman.
