Description: XFS HG Spartan, painted in a scheme inspired by the A-10 Snow Hawg artic camo, stares at a severed arm and wonders where the rest of the mecha is.

The arm is from an Barbatos that I later refinished and was going to include in the dio as ambushing the Spartan from behind but the size of the base didn’t really support that idea. The exposed wires are standard stripped hookup wire that’s been painted and spayed out.

The Spartan has aftermarket decals and randoms from the spares box, and is weathered with Masking Sol Neo sponged onto layers of red primer and gunmetal, followed by Mig Oilbrushers and Mig Dio Drybrusher for the rust.

The snow is AK Wargame Terrain Snow, the rocks are bark that has been primed black, sprayed gray, dab washed in greens, browns, yellows, panel lined, and drybrushed in gray before snow application. The tree is twisted wire, PVA, paint, and flocking
